Product ordering and delivery
1. To purchase a product, the buyer, who has registered in the online store and agreed with these Rules, fills in the order form on the page of the online store. Order confirmation implies the buyer's obligation to pay for the purchase. Upon receipt of the buyer's order SIA VizaOilGroup sends a confirmation of the order validity. The order remains in force until its execution.
2. Delivery of goods to the buyer is carried out by the method chosen by the buyer. SIA VizaOilGroup sends the order to the buyer within 3 working days after receiving the payment
3. Delivery of goods can be carried out as follows (according to the type of delivery specified in the order):
- appearance of the buyer at the office of SIA VizaOilGroup at Avotu iela 23, Riga.
- by courier to the address specified by the buyer in the Republic of Latvia within up to 3 working days after receiving notification that the goods are ready for delivery.
- via Omniva or other similar postal services.
4. The buyer is obliged to be in the specified place, at the appointed time, as well as to be in touch with a cell phone to arrange with the courier, on the details of delivery. Otherwise, the buyer will be obliged to pay all costs associated with a particular order.
