Right of refusal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The ordered product is returnable if it has not been opened and used. If the product packaging has been opened after delivery, the goods cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
The waiver expires 14 days from the date of receipt.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by a specific message (e.g. e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from the product. In this case you send the product back to our office and if the product is in a condition where it can be sold further, we will immediately refund you the price of the product in any way convenient for you (bank transfer or cash at our office).
